The Westcountry Business 3-in-1 server provides the three main IT requirements of any business - a Windows-compatible file and print server, a fully featured e-mail server and a secure Internet gateway - in one compact computer, built to fit easily in any size of office. It has been designed with the needs of the small business in mind - it's simple to administer, can be accessed remotely (so minimising support costs), requires only minimal space and, above all, is exceptional value for money.

The Westcountry Business 3-in-1 server is based on open-standards and industrial strength technology. It is fully compatible with your Windows network, but does not carry the burden of Microsoft's licencing costs. So you get all the functionality you need and save money. If you use MS Outlook you will be able to share folders, including Calendars, Contacts and Tasks (when used with Toltec™ Connector software).

Webmail can also be used to give you secure access your e-mail from any Internet connected PC when out of the office.

• Industry leading anti-spam software 'SpamAssassin' is built in, typically reducing spam by 95% or more.
• Configure 'Mail Rules' to automatically sort your e-mail into folders for you. Can also be used to create copies of e-mails for administration or management controls.
• If you use MS Outlook, you can share your folders, including your calendars, tasks and contacts (required Toltec Connector option).
• Already have MS Exchange or other e-mail server? Use the 3-in-1 server as a 'Spam & Virus' wall to filter and protect your existing server and save yourself the ongoing expense of anti-virus or anti-spam software.
  Can be used to allow all users to share a single external e-mail (POP) account, or multiple accounts.
• If you have broadband, then the 3-in-1 server can act as an in-house mail server accepting Internet mail directly, so E-mail is sent and received immediately, bypassing any delays or restrictions that may be imposed by your Internet service provider.
  Secure Internet gateway
• Robust Industry Standard firewall giving essential protection to your local network.
• Share your Internet connection effectively with the in-built 'proxy server'.
• Maintain control over Internet access with a simple log viewer. See easily how much time is being spent accessing the Internet, who is 'on-line' when and what sites they are visiting.
• In-built 'Web filtering' further ensures that Internet access is 'appropriate'. Automatically block sites based in site name or content type. Use industry published 'black & white-lists' and rules to maximise protection with the minimum of administration.
• Secure Remote Access. Use VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology to allow users to have remote access - secure access to e-mail and files from any Internet connected PC. Can be used to support working from home or access to travelling staff when away from the office.
• Includes the industry leading webserver allowing you to host your own website or intranet (internal) site, if required.
